Free worldwide shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, wherever you are.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and another with tracking details once your parcel ships.

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch)

• United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

• Europe: 7–15 business days

• United States: 7–15 business days

• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during busy periods (October to December) or due to customs delays.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Missing or delayed orders

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
